Project Planning
Welcome to project planning
To start the project off, the team gathered, introduced themselves and listed out their strengths and superpowers. The advantage with our team was that each one of the members had a diverse set of skills, hence that made assigning roles quicker. We then moved onto the next step which was to create a skills vector table where it would state our assigned key skills and responsibilities within the group. The benefit of such a platform is that it was easy for everyone to assign, add, complete the tasks and mainly set personal/official deadlines
To keep track of our progress and assign tasks to the relevant people we used a piece of software named Microsoft teams, as seen below. Microsoft teams offers a platform for which the team can communicate and share ideas with each other and is essential to the completion of the micro-mouse.
