This month was almost entire focused on streamlining the design. At the start of the month the mouse was made of multiple circuit board held loosely together with electrical tape. A more compact design was need and me a Joe worked together to combine the IR circuit as well as the LDR circuit onto one board that would also become the chassis for the design. We also made the decision to increase the number of LDRs on the design so that the program could control the motors with more precision as more information was being gathered; we wanted the mouse to be as fast as possible and the faster that it could correct itself meant it could be going at full speed for longer.
