During the first session the team and I devised a plan and assigned roles to each member of the team based on our key skills. The roles for each member fell in to place very easily and we found to balance each other out very well as we all are strong in different areas, this can be seen in our skills matrix under our documentation page. Overall for session one the team got to know each other better and we felt confident that we will do well.
The following two weeks myself and Vyshnav starting making progress on the website which is starting to come along nicely, we both came up with ideas on paper and collated them into a final plan of what we think it should like and are both very eager to make said plans into a reality with good progress made already. The team was also given some components to start thinking about the production of the Micromouse which was exciting, Joe and Tom got started on thinking about the design and the calibration of the sensors.
Overall the start to the project has been very encouraging and all members of the team are very happy with their roles with all of us set on making a winning Micromouse.
